Don't Shoot the Dog!
Based on an award winning Bantam paperback of the same name, Karen
Pryor's site is your gateway to more effective teaching and training with positive
reinforcement using clicker training. There is a story of the week, Q&A of the week,
newsletter sign up, clicker e-mail list, book excerpts, international seminar info and

people" feel.
Welcome to the Canines of America's
Dog World On-Line
A commercial site, Dog World On-Line is both packed full of information and frustratingly
slow to load. There's lots of good stuff here like how to select a trainer, 16 behavior
problems and their solutions, training equipment reviews, how to clip your dog's nails and
types of aggression. It's just so dog-gone hard to get to!
Training
the Dominant Dog
An excellent article that's sure to be of interest to those of you who own Weimeraners or
Rottweilers (or the dreaded Yorkshire Terrorist), and, to those of you who have a dominant
dog of another breed. In fact, dominant dogs can appear in almost any breed. See this page
for training tips for your Pattonesque pooch.

colored index pages, to FAQ looking content pages or hard to read patterned content pages.

Packed with lots of good training Q&As. It has that unfortunate black & white
typewriter FAQ look - but the information is truly superb!
Tips on
Training your Frisbee Dog
Nope - it's not all about that new "Frisbee" breed of dog. Set up by a dog
owner, this is a page about how he trained his dog to catch frisbees in the park! Short
and simple, this is a quick load and an interesting page. If you've been viewing
DOG-e-zine with the Shockwave plug-in and secretly envy the way that our pup catches the
"frisbee" on top of the "i", this page may be for you.

This site offers two different methods for stopping barking dogs ... you have to purchase
different devices, though. The Ultrasonic Kennel Silencer emits an ultrasonic tone
automatically when a dog barks within a certain distance from it. The Waterjet Kennel
